This 100% salmon oil comes from the clean, pure waters of Iceland. Salmon oil is a natural source for Omega-3 essential fatty acids, which are important nutrients for the skin and coat - and for overall health. Many holistic veterinarians feed salmon oil to his dogs and cats every day, and recommends it to all of his patients.
The important EPA and DHA Omega-3 essential fatty acids are plentiful in salmon oil. And unlike plant-based Omega-3 supplements (such as flax seed), fish oil is readily processed by the digestive system, resulting in more available essential fatty acids per serving.
