As a small family owned business we began by selecting local Canadian farmers who care about their products, to supply
us with the freshest and highest quality raw ingredients. From there we formulated the highest levels of fresh, raw,
human grade meats, and human grade oils into the diet (no meals, no by products). Each batch of food is blended with a
handpicked selection of healthy vegetables, fruits , berries, digestive enzymes, and pro-biotics. This well thought out diet
is then steam cooked in small batches, so all of the essential nutrients found in the raw ingredients are maximized to
meet your pet‘s nutritional needs. The distinctive combination of select ingredients and a unique processing method

By introducing an unprecedented amount of fresh meats into the diet and blending a
unique layer of coconut oil, assorted berries, fresh fruits, and fresh vegetables, (versus
conventional meat meal products, rendered oils and grains) we were able to develop
a unique and distinguishing formula that pets love. Feeding trials performed over a
60 day period of time proved very successful and supported our objectives in making
the healthiest and best tasting food available today. A 95% taste approval over other
competing brands indicated pets preferred the unprocessed nutritional goodness found
in Now Small Breed versus conventional pet foods that use rendered meat meals and
rendered oils.
